This is a 6-week course meeting once a week. We will be discussing and practicing some preliminary Kriya Yoga pranayama and meditation techniques. This course is designed for those curious or new to Kriya Yoga but will also be a valuable refresher for more experienced practitioners.
Each class will build on the previous so commitment to all 6 classes is required.
Class will meet on Tuesday nights starting April 1st from 7-8:30 at Ohana Yoga Studio in West Salem.
The program will be entirely donation based and open to anyone.
